Dear Breeders, Owners and Stallion Owners,
On Thursday, December 20, the staff at the Fund’s Saratoga office finished packing boxes and moved to a new space within the Racing and Wagering Board office in Schenectady. The change in our physical location will not change the Fund’s mission: to encourage you to breed quality thoroughbred race horses and preserve the precious farm land in our state.
For at least the next few months, mail sent to our former Saratoga office will be forwarded to our new mailing address:
