A Message About Registering Stallions for the 2012 Breeding Season

It has come to my attention that some stallion owners and managers did not received the FUND’s November 2011 mailing, which included a Stallion Registration Form, a notice about our Cooperative Advertising program, and the Fund’s EVA requirements.
