Please use this form to register new mares placed into service. After your mare has been entered into our database, a field inspector will be in contact with you to arrange a visit for identification purposes and assistance with any questions you may have regarding the New York Breeding and Racing Program.

If your mare is currently in-foal, please fill out either a Mare Arrival Form or a Mare Departure Form, rather than the New Mare Form.
