New Mares Form

Please use this form for new mares placed into service. After the mare has now been entered into our database, a field inspector will be in contact with you to arrange a visit for identification purposes and assistance with any of your questions regarding the New York Breeding and Racing Program.

If the mare is currently in-foal, please fill out either a Mare Arrival Form or a Mare Departure Form, instead of the New Mare Form.
