Also, please be aware that you and your farm staff are invited to attend the New York Thoroughbred Breeding Industry Educational Series #1, which is being sponsored by the New York Thoroughbred Breeding and Development Fund. These lectures are aimed at helping you breed, deliver and raise the “Big Horse” for the auction ring and the racetrack.

Please join us Friday, December 4th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Fasig-Tipton Sales Pavilion (located at 415 East Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY) for a free-flowing discussion with some of the best farm managers in the state on the subject of Care of the Foaling Mare: A panel discussion on developing a proactive plan for your mare’s care through pregnancy and foaling.

Bring your questions and a good appetite for a free Continental breakfast and lunch catered by Mazzone Hospitality. Hopefully, many of you making the trip to Saratoga for the pre-breeding-season party being held by our sole-source promotional provider the NYTB, Inc. on December 3rd (at the Thirsty Owl, 184 S. Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY) will decide to stay on and pick up some practical care tips from NY farm managers.

The NYTB is accepting RSVP’s to both their Dec. 3rd party and to the Educational Seminar at (518)-587-0777. Please reply by December 1, 2015.

Sincerely,
