IMPORTANT CHANGES TO FUTURITY SERIES ELIGIBILITY PROCESS
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO THE NY BREEDERS’ FUTURITY, ASPIRANT AND LADY FINGER STAKES

*The following changes were initiated in 2018 to begin with foals of 2020*
- The nomination fee has increased to $125.
- Sustaining payments are no longer required.
- Horses are fully eligible upon nomination.
- Nominations close December 31st of the yearling year.
- There is no longer a late nomination window.
- Distances for the Aspirant and Lady Finger stakes will be 5 1/2 furlongs.
- NY Breeders’ Futurity remains at 6 furlongs.
Supplemental nominations accepted at 15% of purse.
